Suspicious Behaviour in the area

Hello Resident

We’d like to make you aware of some recent suspicious activity reported in the Beardwood Park Area. A male has been seen potentially scoping out residential addresses. While no offences have been confirmed at this stage, we are encouraging all residents to remain vigilant.

Please take a moment to review the following crime‑prevention advice:

Ensure all doors and windows are locked, even when at home.

Keep valuables out of sight from windows and avoid leaving keys near doors.

Use outside lighting where possible, especially during the evening.

If you have CCTV or a video doorbell, make sure it is working and recording.

Report any suspicious behaviour immediately — even small details can help.

We will be in the area today checking CCTV with a view to identify this male, if you do have CCTV please review it around the hours of 4AM this morning (28th) and make contact through replying to this message

If you see anything that seems out of place or concerning, please contact 101, or 999 in an emergency where a crime is in progress or there is an immediate threat.
