Suspicious Circs - Annie Street

Hi Resident

At 01:40hrs this morning a male with a torch has gone into a backyard and rummaged through a bin taking a black bin bag before leaving location.  Male has then run down Foster Street. 

Discription of male: White male, very skinny, approx 5ft 6" wearing black coat, black pants, possibly with green wellies, and a scarf around his neck that had brown in it. 

You may recall I have message previously due to similar circs but with no clear time or discription.  If you have cctv please can you check if you have someone that matches the discription.  Please respond to this message in the first instance if you feel that you can assist with enquiries. 

An area search was completed at the time of report but proved negative.
