Dear Resident 

We wanted to make you aware of an incident reported by one of your neighbours on Northumberland Avenue. 

At around 21.00 hours 07/03/26, an unknown male has knocked on asking if our informant was selling a phone. Informant has told him no and the male has stated he had got the wrong house and left. Shortly after the male has knocked on at the same address asking for money to get to Blackpool as his bike was broken. Our informant has told him no and the male has got on to his ‘broken’ bike and pedalled away. 

The male is described as white, around 35 years of age, medium build wearing a dark berghaus jacket and jeans.
