Afternoon Resident,
You're receiving this email to inform you about recent activity within your area.
We've been made aware that on the 22nd March 2026 during the early hours of the morning a male has been seen trying car doors and entering insecure vehicle on ORCHARD DRIVE and APPLE TREE WAY, on this occasion a few items have been stolen.
I am requesting for anyone with CCTV that covers the area to please review their footage for any suspicious activity, if you have motion sensors or a ring doorbell please review when possible. If you have any information or CCTV that may assist us identifying the offender(s), please reply to this email or call 101 quoting "LC-20260322-0723" please see the attached picture of the offender so you know what to look for on your footage.

Double check your car is secured, in a well lit area which will assist with deterring people way from your property, an offender(s) are opportunist(s) so do not give them a reason to target yourself!
