Burglaries in Leyland

Over the past month there has been a spike in commercial burglaries across Leyland.

As part of our investigation, we are asking Leyland residents to carefully check Dash-cams, CCTV and doorbell cameras.

If you live locally to any of the following locations, you may be able to help.

Early hours: 8th March around Smashie's Takeaway, Leyland Lane

Early hours: 9th March around Costcutter and Chegg's, Golden Hill Lane

Early hours: 9th March around St Catherine’s Hospice, Sumner Street

Early hours: 11th March around Panda House Chinese, Preston Rd

Early hours: 16th March around GOLDEN STAR, Leyland Ln

Early hours: 16th March around Leyland Cross area and GRILL 5, Towngate

Early hours: 29th March around Burgers inc. on Chapel Brow

Early hours: 30th March around Peppers Grill, LEYLAND LN Leyland

Even small details could be vital in helping us identify those responsible and prevent further offences.

Burglaries on small businesses can often be devastating and do irreversible damage to the livelihoods of hard-working people.
