NOISE NUISANCE - FIREWORKS

Hi Resident

You will probably be aware of fireworks going off late into the evening this week.  We have received 12 reports over the last week from 11pm until 2am when substantial amounts have been let off in the street.  We have contacted all those that have reported such incidents and are now widening our search to anyone with CCTV/Ring Doorbells of any such incidents particularly around Primrose Street, Richmond Road on the 9th at 00:49hrs and China Street on the 10th at 01:30hrs.   

If you feel that you have any information as to those responsible or footage then please respond to this message in the first instance.   

Hyndburn Council, environmental health for noise nuisance will also be informed.
