Vehicles Blocking Communal Gate Regularly

Good afternoon, 

We have had various reports of vehicles that are blocking the exit to a communal gate on QUEENS PARK ROAD. This is a regular occurrence and is causing a number of issues for residents including residents not able to get their vehicles out. 

Please refrain from parking here in future to minimise any further issues.
