Suspicious Activity in Upholland

Good Afternoon All, 

Yesterday we received reports of a moped/scooter being driven around the Upholland area in the late afternoon and early evening times. Two people were on this bike, both in dark coloured casual clothing and wearing helmets, one with a black helmet and the other with a white helmet. They have been seen scoping the areas around Windsor Road and Rivington Drive amongst other locations and acting suspiciously. We believe this scooter had some kind of registration plate but not yet aware of the details, if anyone has information about this vehicle and or the people involved we would be happy to hear from you.
