Suspicious Male Selling Tobacco and Cannabis On Doorsteps

Good Morning Resident

We have received information to suggest there is a suspicious Asian male around the Marsden And Southfield Area who is believed to be targeting vulnerable individuals, whereby he is attending doorsteps and attempting to get people to purchase tobacco and cannabis from him. 

When told No, this male is said to be getting angry and is very pushy with his sales.
