Dear Resident,

Good evening, the Hyndburn neighbourhood team will be bike marking on Wednesday 29th April from 2pm-3pm at Active Cycles in the Arndale shopping centre in Accrington Town Centre.

Bike marking is a quick and effective way to deter thieves and increase the chance of recovering your bike if stolen.
