We want to make our residents aware of the upcoming Connect Well Live Well Together in Wyre open day taking place on Tuesday 19th May 2026 10am-2pm at The Manor & Community Hub, Manor Drive, Cleveleys (Inside Manor Drive primary school grounds) 

The day aims to bring together organisations, professionals, carers, families and community members in a welcoming and informal environment where people can:

Learn about local support and services available 

Access information and practical advice 

Connect with professionals and community groups

Explore support around mental health, dementia awareness, carers support, wellbeing, financial guidance and community safety 

Discover opportunities for involvement and local activities 

There will be a number of organisations attending so please come along to what promises to be a positive, informative and supportive day.
