E-Scooter being dangerously driven in Bolton-Le-Sands

E-Scooter in Bolton-Le-Sands 

On the 2nd May 2026 a number of residents in Bolton-Le-Sands have been alarmed regarding a young male driving an E-scooter at speed around the SUNNYBANK ROAD area

.

The youth is described as being around 12 years of age, blonde hair, blue eyes and wearing a balaclava covering part of his face. 

This is the same description as a youth who had the courage to give the middle fingers to officers as they simply drove past him a few weeks prior to this incident. The youth made off at speed down one of the small footpaths and almost knocked an elderly resident over as he fled the officers.

I am hoping that residents may be able to provide me with a name, address or school for this child as I would love to speak to him in front of his parents regarding a number of issues.This will help us to take positive action to make the paths and roads safer in this area.
