Hello Plungington,

In the last 2 weeks Lancashire Police have seen a rise in vehicle crime in the Plungington area. For awareness I wanted to inform you about this issue and advice you to take extra precautions when leaving your vehicles.

This means:

Keeping your car secure and locked.

Keeping any valuable items out of your car and away from the public's view.

If possible, keeping your vehicles in an enclosed space e.g a garage. Or parking it in a well-lit area.

These are very simple asks, and could highly prevent your car from being broken into!
