Good Afternoon,

Last week local PCSOs and officers from the Special Constabulary conducted a Speed Enforcement Operation, Op Tokyo in the Ashton area.

This consisted of conducting checkpoints in areas where the community had reported speeding to be an issue.

We issued several tickets to motorists for offences such as speeding, ‘quitting’ and also S.59 warnings.

We are looking to target other areas of Preston and Ashton in the near future so please continue to report any roads of concern for us to add to our plans.
