ASB update

Good morning!

A really positive message to send you all this morning - following numerous complaints throughout May and some of June regarding anti-social behaviour on Waddington Avenue up through to Pike Hill, following interventions from Burnley NHP and Calico, there have been no further logs reported! 

We always take your concerns seriously, and want to do everything we can to help you either resolve it, or signpost you to the best people if it's not a police matter. Please do keep in touch with us and let us know of your concerns. 

As the summer holidays are fast approaching, please could I take this opportunity to ask parents to have a chat with their children before they go and play out, see friends or enjoy their holidays outdoors (as they should if the weather allows it!) that our community is a shared space for everyone to feel safe and included. Anti-social behaviour in any form is not acceptable, and any kind of abusive towards others will not be tolerated. Please talk to them about how to keep and stay safe, especially with road and water safety, and remember to implement your own systems for keeping in touch, like location apps or check ins.
