Bridleway past Sunnyhurst Woods car park, Darwen

Good afternoon, 

Please be advised that the route passed Sunnyhurst Woods car park in Darwen (approx. postcode BB3 1JX) is a designated bridleway and the public do not have vehicular rights. Vehicular access is permitted only for the landowner, residents, and their visitors. 

To help protect the bridleway and ensure the safety of all legitimate users anyone found using a motor vehicle on the bridleway without authorisation will be issued with a warning. Continued unauthorised use may result in a Fixed Penalty Notice and or Community Protection Warnings being issued.
