The use of #yousaidwedid is an excellent way to demonstrate to the public how you've worked so hard on responding to the local issues that have been raised, but unfortunately, the use of the hashtag is sometimes misunderstood. To make it clear, please use the #yousaidwedid hashtag ONLY when responding to specific concerns for example "you told us about ASB/Road Safety, Drug Dealing/Taking etc, we've listened, and done XXX, which has resulted in XXX (e.g reduction in XXX, improvement in XXX etc.)

Please avoid using it in messages that are simply providing information e.g. general reassurance information etc.
