Yesterday, your Hyndburn North Neighbourhood Policing Team carried out a targeted speed check site on Blackburn Road “RISHTON”
The operation went really well, and there were no enforcement action needed.
We are aware this road is a problem for vehicles speeding and we will actively target this by organising more operations and taking positive action if and when needed.
Keeping speeds down keeps people safe, thank you to everyone who drives responsibly and helps make our roads safer for all.
