Road Safety Enforcement in Carnforth and Warton

Keeping Lancashire's roads safe remains a priority, and your local neighbourhood officers over the weekend continued to target those that use our roads illegally putting themselves at risk and the rest of the community.

During patrols in the Carnforth and Warton area, officers:

✅ Seized an illegal e-scooter after a adult rider was found travelling between Warton and Millhead with a young child onboard. 

✅ Seized a vehicle from a driver following multiple traffic offences.

✅ Arrested a man on suspicion of drug driving and dealt with him for possession of controlled drugs.

Those who choose to ignore the law and endanger other road users can expect robust action from Lancashire Constabulary.
