🚔 Hyndburn Taskforce 🚔

Good Afternoon Resident, 

we were proactively patrolling across Hyndburn this morning (Monday 7th of September), when we located a suspicious male on Monk Street in Accrington.

The male ran from officers and tried to hide in the stock room of a nearby shop.

The 19-year-old male was arrested for the supply of controlled drugs, after we seized a quantity of drugs, believed to be crack cocaine and heroin, as well as cash.

The male remains in custody, whilst our investigation continues.

We hope this reassures you that we do listen, and we do act on information given to us.
