Recent burglaries in the area!

Good afternoon,

I wanted to reach out and let you know about a recent reported burglary in the area. It was reported to us on 07/09/2026 that someone had gained entry into a property via the back patio doors on Daleford Avenue, Thornton-Cleveleys and had taken some jewellery and other sentimental items. 

I understand that might cause concern for the safety of your own home, however to reassure you we have dedicated teams investigating this report. We would ask however that you remain vigilant over the coming days/ weeks. You can do this by:

We have a small quantity of window alarms available for those in the vicinity of the burglary and whose home might be vulnerable if left unattended in the new few weeks. Please note though, there are a limited number and we still reserve the right to refuse an alarm to ensure they are going to those who really need them.
