Good morning,    I will be holding coffee with a cop today (23 September) at Checks and Greys Cafe at Blackburn Cathedral from 10:45-11:30. This is a great oppurtunity to speak about any issues or concerns you may have in the Town Centre or even if you just want to say hello.    Kind regards,
