Recent Vehicle Interference

We would like to make you aware that there have been a small number of recent reports of vehicles being interfered with in the area.

Whilst these incidents can be concerning, there are some simple steps we can all take to reduce the risk and help keep our community safe.

🔒 Always make sure your vehicle is locked, even when parked on your driveway or outside your home.

🚗 Before leaving your vehicle, double-check that all windows, doors and sunroofs are fully secured.

🎒 Please avoid leaving any valuables or personal belongings in your vehicle overnight. Items such as bags, wallets, phones, tools and loose change can attract opportunist thieves, even if they are hidden from view.

💡 Where possible, park in a well-lit location and consider using additional security measures such as CCTV or steering wheel locks.

👀 If you notice any suspicious behaviour around vehicles or within the neighbourhood, please report it to the police. Your information can help us identify patterns and prevent further incidents.
