We're looking for people to join our on-call firefighting crews across Lancashire.

You don’t need previous firefighting experience. We’ll provide full training, so you can learn the skills needed to respond to emergencies and support your local community.

The role can fit around many different careers and existing commitments, giving you the chance to learn new skills, work as part of a team and make a difference where you live.

As an on-call firefighter, you’ll also receive a £4,255.36 yearly retainer, based on a fully competent firefighter providing 60 hours of cover per week, plus additional payments for attending incidents.
