Response to your raised concern

Good Afternoon,

Some of you may be aware of the increasing number of illegal e-bikes and motorcross bikes being ridden around Penwortham over the last couple of months.

Today your local Neighbourhood team have been running a local operation and have managed to apprehend an individual and seize his bike. This individual will be dealt with accordingly for having no license and no insurance, tax or MOT.
