Alert message sent 09/04/2019 12:01:00

Information sent on behalf of Lancashire Constabulary

We said we'd keep you updated on what we are doing to deal with youths causing issues in Penwortham, particularly around schools, and now we are able to share some news with you.

Kyle Collins (pictured), 16, from Penwortham has been handed a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) after being involved in anti-social behaviour and causing a nuisance in the area.

He has been ordered not to:

1. Enter parts of Kingsfold, Penwortham, Hutton and New Longton (pictured on the map), except to use public transport or to attend a pre-arranged appointment.

2. Engage himself, or incite others to engage in anti-social behaviour in any public place or against any person.

3. Be within a public place with certain known associates. Apologies, we cannot name these for legal reasons.

4. Not to enter any school grounds without lawful excuse.

The order will last for 12 months.

We know that Kyle has been one of the main people causing issues in the area and we need you to let us know if you see him breaching any of these conditions. You can either call us on 101 or you can email us at mailto:mailto:SouthRibbleNHPT@lancashire.pnn.police.uk" target="_blank">mailto:SouthRibbleNHPT@lancashire.pnn.police.uk" target="_blank">mailto:SouthRibbleNHPT@lancashire.pnn.police.uk" target="_blank">SouthRibbleNHPT@lancashire.pnn.police.uk

Please be assured that this is just one of the things we are doing to deal with nuisance in the Penwortham area and we will keep you updated as and when we can.
